Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America, an Indianapolis-based provider of ancillary group and voluntary benefits (dental, vision, life and disability), needed a modern, scalable platform to unify multiple product lines and simplify multi-product offerings for brokers, employer groups and members. The challenge was to replace fragmented systems with an end-to-end solution that handled quoting through claims, integrated vendors and data, and reduced the burden and cost of internal IT and ongoing upgrades.

Renaissance deployed the EIS Suite on EIS’ SaaS platform—using PolicyCore, BillingCore, ClaimCore, CustomerCore and EIS DXP—to support eight voluntary group products (including Dental PPO, vision, term life and disability) and enable complete workflows from product management to billing and claims. EIS led development and integration via its API library, delivering a secure, scalable digital ecosystem that reduces Renaissance’s IT overhead, frees the company to focus on growth and customer experience, and creates a unified platform for brokers, groups and members.
