Vodafone, the global telecommunications company, wanted to build a skills-centric talent strategy but had limited visibility into the skills across its 98,000-person workforce. With Eightfold Talent Acquisition and Eightfold Talent Management, Vodafone aimed to improve recruiting, internal mobility, learning, and workforce planning while creating more personalized digital experiences for candidates and employees.
Eightfold integrated with Vodafone’s HR systems to provide a unified skills platform across talent acquisition, talent management, and learning. The results included more than 14,000 employees with skills profiles, a 50% reduction in time-to-hire, a 50% decrease in cost-per-hire, a 77% increase in application completion, a 101-point increase in candidate NPS, and a 67% rise in learning hours per employee, while nearly 500 employees moved into new roles through reskilling.
