Ubisoft levels up internal employee mobility with Eightfold Talent Intelligence

Ubisoft, a global gaming company of 19,000+ employees, faced rising attrition when exit surveys showed many employees were leaving because they couldn’t find internal opportunities across its decentralized studios. To solve this, Ubisoft selected Eightfold’s AI-powered Talent Management platform and implemented the Career Hub to create a talent marketplace where employees could discover roles, projects, mentors, and career paths across teams and countries.

Using Eightfold’s Career Hub, Ubisoft rolled out a centralized internal marketplace in 28 countries within six months (phased rollout began March 2023), and 55% of employees are now using the platform to accelerate their careers. Eightfold’s configurable solution and hands-on change-management support helped drive adoption, increase internal mobility and engagement, and strengthen retention—Ubisoft plans to expand further with additional Eightfold modules like Mentoring and Career Navigator.
