Noom, the North American health coaching company, needed to scale hiring as it expanded into new chronic and non‑chronic care areas but couldn’t organize talent data or pull the insights its data‑driven teams required. To simplify hiring and get one view of talent, Noom implemented Eightfold AI for Talent Acquisition and its career site in April 2021.

Eightfold delivered its Talent Intelligence capabilities—candidate profiles, scheduling, match scoring and a centralized dashboard—integrated with Noom’s Greenhouse ATS. The results: 435,000 up‑to‑date talent profiles, an 85% application completion rate, 45% of applicants rated highly qualified, a 14.4% internal hiring rate, and the ability to contact 750 candidates at once (yielding three offers from one outreach experiment), while replacing multiple legacy tools and improving recruiter and hiring‑manager visibility.
