Eightfold deployed the solution in less than six months, enabling BNY Mellon to cleanse and enrich applicant data, improve candidate sourcing and matching, support more fair hiring with masking and Explainable AI, and rationalize its jobs library for career pathing and learning. The bank consolidated 3,000 IT and operations jobs in under three weeks and plans to rationalize all 31,000 jobs, while also seeing a dramatic increase in female applicants for technical roles and gaining better insight into how its workforce can be deployed across the organization.
