Forvia, a global automotive-technology company headquartered in Nanterre, France, faced two hiring challenges: competing for scarce digital talent as it shifted from traditional manufacturing to software-driven mobility, and processing very high volumes of plant-level applications across multiple countries. Forvia deployed Eightfold Talent Acquisition in a four‑month “big bang” rollout with 100% adoption across 43 countries, using Eightfold’s career-site matching, talent rediscovery and Events capabilities. The results include a 3.5x increase in visitor‑to‑applicant conversion, 90,000 applications from 70 digital recruiting events (over 40% of total applications), 30% productivity gains in sourcing, refreshed access to 400,000 ATS records, and a six‑month period where women made up 75% of applicants—helping Forvia meet gender diversity targets early—demonstrating measurable impact from Eightfold’s AI-driven platform.
