To support this shift, EY partnered with Eightfold and used Eightfold Talent Management and AI-driven talent intelligence within its EY Careers program.
With Eightfold’s AI platform, EY created a skills-first experience that helped employees see the skills needed for current and future roles and the actions needed to grow. The results included 143k+ employees creating and updating skills profiles, 205k+ employees mapped to career roles, 79% of employees saying the profiles helped them think about skills and development, and client outcomes including 3x productivity improvements, 26% lower attrition, and 2.5x improvements in cultural change.
