The results included 143k+ employees creating and updating skills profiles, 205k+ employees mapped to career roles, 79% of employees saying the profiles helped them think about skills and development, and client outcomes including 3x productivity improvements, 26% lower attrition, and 2.5x improvements in cultural change.
