With Eightfold, CCEP gave employees more visibility into growth paths while helping managers identify internal talent and workforce skills. The results included a rise in employee profiles from 2% to 80%, employees with talent profiles becoming 3x more likely to move internally, a 6-point increase in employee engagement scores, and more than 500 succession plans created using talent data across the organization.
