DTEK Dnipro Grids builds 41 reporting forms with EigenMethod

The customer, DTEK Dnipro Grids, faced a significant challenge when a Ukrainian energy market reform legally separated electricity distribution from supply. This required a complete revision of their reporting system to comply with new regulations from the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NERC). To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor EigenMethod for business analytics services based on their SAP IS-U system.

EigenMethod successfully implemented the solution by creating over 41 new reporting forms. This updated system excluded supply data while retaining historical distribution information, brought all reporting into compliance, and updated the role model. As a result, DTEK Dnipro Grids was able to fulfill all regulator requirements and provide necessary reporting on time. The project's success established EigenMethod as a market expert, earning them the SAP Recognized Expertise in Utilities award.
