World Affairs Council of Philadelphia migrates 30+ years of data with Eigen X

Eigen X worked with the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, a long-standing international affairs nonprofit. The customer faced a significant data challenge: it needed to de-duplicate and migrate over 30 years of data from its existing CRM, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, and various spreadsheets. This was complicated by a merger with another organization, Citizens Diplomacy International, which used a different CRM, Donor Perfect. The organization also lacked a defined process for program data, an event management tool, and integrated forms for memberships and donations.

The solution from Eigen X involved using Demand Tools for data de-duplication and migration into Salesforce. They implemented the Program Management Module to track programs and Blackthorn Events for managing all event processes. For membership and donations, Eigen X recommended Form Assembly. As a result, the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia now efficiently manages de-duplicated data in Salesforce, tracks all program engagement, and uses integrated forms for capturing membership and payment information directly on its website.
