Eigen X worked with Reed Tech, a provider of software solutions for life sciences and government clients, to address several challenges. These challenges included developing a system for managing and submitting Unique Device Identification regulatory data to global health authorities, adding cost-saving automation to patent processing applications, creating a solution for searching drug label databases, and automating the validation of submissions to Health Canada.

The solution developed by Eigen X involved creating multiple custom products using technologies like Azure, .NET, and Angular, along with process automation incorporating Python and machine learning. As a result, Eigen X helped Reed Tech launch new products, including SingleSource™ for Medical Devices and Navigator™ for Drug Labels. This partnership also delivered over $2 million in annualized cost savings through automation and streamlined the validation process for regulatory submissions.
