Pennsylvania Humanities Council boosts Salesforce efficiency and cuts duplication with Eigen X

The Pennsylvania Humanities Council (PHC) faced challenges with an undocumented, custom-coded grants management process and a disjointed donation system. Additional hurdles included data duplication and a lack of in-house Salesforce knowledge. To overcome this, PHC partnered with vendor Eigen X for a Salesforce solution.

Eigen X implemented Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Experience Cloud, and a managed Grants Management package to create a robust, scalable system. The solution included a new grantee portal, automated political district lookups, and FormAssembly for donations. As a result, Eigen X helped PHC drastically increase staff Salesforce knowledge, improve data integrity, and achieve an overall increase in business process efficiency.
