The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, a higher education institution in Boston, faced a challenge integrating the Higher Education Data Architecture (HEDA) into its existing Salesforce environment, which already contained the EnrollmentRX managed package. They also needed to automatically import applications from the CommonApp and improve their use of Pardot for their admissions team. They partnered with vendor Eigen X for a solution.
Eigen X implemented a solution that installed and configured HEDA to be compatible with EnrollmentRX. They upgraded the institution to Lightning, built a Jitterbit ETL process to integrate the CommonApp, and improved the Pardot sync. As a result, Eigen X successfully migrated the customer within three months, reduced application review time by 5%, increased Pardot adoption by 10%, and reduced technical debt.
