Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences migrates to HEDA in 3 months with Eigen X

Eigen X worked with the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences (MCPHS), a university in Boston, to address a challenge with its Salesforce environment. The customer needed to incorporate the Higher Education Data Architecture (HEDA) package but already had the EnrollmentRx managed package installed. They also required an automated process to import the Common App directly into Salesforce and needed to improve the Pardot sync for their admissions team.

The solution implemented by Eigen X involved installing and configuring HEDA to be compatible with EnrollmentRx. They updated the Pardot sync, built an ETL process using Jitterbit to automatically import Common App applications via its API, and created an automatic ownership assignment process. Eigen X also upgraded the institution to Lightning and implemented a center of excellence. As a result, the migration was completed within three months, application review time was reduced by 5%, technical debt was reduced, and Pardot adoption increased by 10%.
