The college needed to better integrate its Athletics and Admissions recruitment efforts, enable coaches to track student recruits, streamline the counselor experience, preserve historic applicant data, and standardize its scholarship awarding process, all while maintaining strict data privacy.

Eigen X implemented a solution using Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. They developed an Athletics Recruitment Hub, introduced new data architecture with objects like "Candidacy" and "Scholarship," and modified the sharing model. The results enabled coaches to add recruits on the go and view admissions data, eliminated back-and-forth between departments, preserved historic applicant information, and provided a streamlined system for approving scholarships and maintaining data.
