Goshen College reduces alumni data collection time with Eigen X

Goshen College, a nationally-ranked college in Indiana, partnered with Eigen X to overcome several operational challenges. The college needed to create an online alumni community for networking and self-service data updates, while also developing systems for its International Education and Admissions departments to track student prerequisites, manage application requirements, assign territories to counselors, and automate marketing campaign enrollments.

Eigen X implemented a Salesforce solution using Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. They built a secure portal for alumni, a custom requirement tracking system, and automated processes for territory and campaign management. The results included replacing a legacy alumni directory, giving alumni the ability to update their own information, and significantly reducing data collection time for staff. Eigen X's solution also empowered the Admissions department to dynamically manage markets and campaigns without constant admin support.
