Commonwealth Medicine replaces legacy system with Eigen X and migrates 15 million records

Eigen X worked with Commonwealth Medicine to address a critical challenge faced by its Prescription Advantage program. The goal was to migrate all of the program's essential functions to a new platform to meet security mandates and support an enterprise-wide Salesforce roadmap.

The solution from Eigen X involved a comprehensive Salesforce implementation, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. The project included defining new processes, migrating over 15 million records, and configuring case management, call center functionality, and an external portal. As a result, Eigen X helped streamline application and benefits processes, generated over 200 dynamic letter templates, and created a new portal that improved client connection and data tracking for the call center agents.
