Eigen X worked with CGFNS International, a non-profit organization that validates credentials for foreign-educated healthcare professionals. The challenge was to create a secure online community portal for applicants to apply and submit documents electronically, while also building a system for institutions to validate credentials and for CGFNS to securely track applications and process payments.

The solution implemented by Eigen X utilized Salesforce Community Cloud and Experience Cloud to build the required portals, integrated with Chargent for payment processing and Conga Composer for PDF generation. This resulted in a significant reduction in paperwork and processing time, expedited payments, and provided applicants with the ability to track their application status securely.
