Brandywine Realty Trust, a $500 million publicly traded commercial real estate company, faced the challenge of developing a new tenant portal accessible via web and mobile to process service requests and integrate real-time traffic data. They also needed an enterprise document management system to securely store business contracts. They partnered with vendor Eigen X to address these needs.

Eigen X developed the tenant portal, named Brandywine Connect, using ASP.NET MVC, C# Microservices, and JavaScript, integrating third-party APIs for real-time traffic and transit information. They also built an advanced internal document search system. The results were a fully responsive tenant portal in use by all tenants, a centralized and secure contract management system, and a common back-end API that reduced redundant code into one scalable solution.
