Leading UK Retail and Commercial Bank worked with Eigen Technologies to tackle the challenge of analyzing diverse real estate valuation reports tied to its SME lending portfolio. The bank needed to extract key collateral details from valuation documents that came in many different formats, but most of the relevant information was unstructured and difficult to use for risk analysis and capital planning.

Eigen Technologies implemented an NLP-based document extraction solution that automatically pulled out data such as property type, location, rental income, property status, and multiple market value figures, then delivered the data into structured systems and APIs. The result was a consolidated real estate database and a process that was 5–10 times faster than manual processing, helping the bank obtain risk-weighted asset (RWA) capital relief.
