Victorian Department of Education and Training delivers four 15–20 hour SWPBS courses with EI Design

The Victorian Department of Education and Training needed to convert its traditional face-to-face training on Schoolwide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) into a flexible digital format. EI Design was engaged to create an engaging and interactive digital learning environment that would be easy for the department's internal team to maintain.

EI Design developed a series of professional learning modules using the department's internal LMS, Canvas. The solution combined theoretical knowledge with practical strategies and included animations and case studies for hands-on learning. The department was delighted with the results, which led to the creation of three additional courses. This digital delivery model is now the standard for all their training, and the project won the Best Blended Learning Solution award in the 2024 AITD Excellence Awards.

Victorian Department of Education and Training
