University of Melbourne builds a 50-person digital learning team with EI Design

The University of Melbourne sought to create robust academic unit templates to ensure exemplary online courses and provide its academics with best-practice learning tools. To meet this challenge, they partnered with EI Design to leverage its unit design, eLearning, and LMS coding expertise.

EI Design worked as a seamless extension of the internal team, setting up high-end reusable course templates and populating them with teaching materials. A key outcome was the transfer of knowledge, which helped the university recruit and onboard new staff. As a result, EI Design helped the University of Melbourne build a team of approximately 50 skilled digital learning experts, establishing a long-term partnership for ongoing support.
