Coles trains checkout staff in 1 day with EI Design

The customer Coles needed to train thousands of its supermarket team members on a new Trolley Assisted Check-outs (TACO) process before it was fully rolled out. The challenge was to create an effective training solution for this customer-focused checkout system. Vendor EI Design provided a video production service to address this.

EI Design’s solution was to film an authentic, real-life training video on location in a store, featuring senior staff demonstrating the new process. This video was integrated into an eLearning module for Coles. The result was that staff could confidently learn and understand the new TACO procedures before the system was implemented in their own stores.
