Australian Catholic University launches veteran support website in 2024 with EI Design

Australian Catholic University (ACU) identified a significant gap in resources for veterans transitioning to university, as they often struggled with the unstructured academic environment and were unaware of available support services. To address this, ACU engaged vendor EI Design to conceptualize, design, and develop a custom website, "Five2Study," under a Veteran Wellbeing Grant.

EI Design conducted design sprints with ACU and veterans to prioritize content, resulting in a mobile-responsive site featuring wellbeing information, study tips, and academic tools. The launched website serves as a comprehensive national resource, made available to all Australian universities, ensuring broader support for the veteran community. EI Design's solution successfully provided essential guidance for veterans entering academic life.
