Microsoft Corp faced the challenge of sourcing large volumes of targeted talent quickly and reliably — recruiters needed accurate email addresses to power TalentStreams and engage candidates rather than spending time hunting contact data. To address this gap they trialed eGrabber’s LeadResearcher to automate email finding and verification across their prospect lists.
Using eGrabber’s LeadResearcher, Microsoft Corp cleaned a list of nearly 8,000 prospects and produced 3,286 confirmed email addresses within 24 hours; the subsequent campaign achieved a >60% click-through rate (1,733/2,850) and generated 117 applicants. eGrabber’s tool also increased reach by more than 40%, found email addresses for over 80% of previously missing contacts, validated and corrected addresses, and was adopted by the team after the trial.
