Torcon, a construction management services company with offices in New Jersey and Philadelphia, needed a faster and more reliable way to share and manage large project files for distributed teams in the field. Its previous system, Citrix ShareFile, was slow, clunky, and unreliable with large documents and frequent collaboration outside the company, causing major delays in uploads and file access.

Torcon implemented Egnyte’s cloud file-sharing and document management platform, using Egnyte’s professional services and migration tool to move off ShareFile. With Egnyte, the team now works three to five times faster and saves 5–10 hours per employee each month, while also gaining stronger control, secure remote access, and smoother integrations with Microsoft Office 365 and Autodesk BIM 360.
