IT Lab is a multi‑award‑winning UK managed services provider with about 700 staff and offices in London, Manchester, Milton Keynes and Cape Town. Its clients faced aging on‑premises file servers, unreliable remote access, poor collaboration and compliance challenges, and needed a channel partner that could accelerate and de‑risk cloud migrations while preserving service quality and commercial flexibility.

Since 2015 IT Lab has resold, integrated and managed Egnyte’s cloud‑native content services to replace legacy file systems, removing VPN pain points and improving file sharing, version control, security and reporting. The partnership delivered rapid user adoption, scalable deployments (20–450 seats), over 70 client wins, faster, cost‑effective cloud migrations and new revenue and differentiation for IT Lab, which was named Egnyte’s 2018 MSP Partner of the Year.
