Gi Group, a major player in the international employment market, partnered with Eggup in March 2021 to improve its candidate experience and better support job seekers. The company wanted to make the expertise of its HR specialists more accessible while adding soft skills assessment and personal development guidance to help candidates find roles that fit their attitudes.

Eggup built a customized soft skills assessment combined with a free micro-learning path for candidates. The project sent 2,000 assessments, with about 1,300 leading to immediate smart coach activation for personal development, and also encouraged many candidates to register for interviews with Gi Group recruiters, strengthening employer branding. The initiative was described by users as interesting, stimulating, constructive, and original.
