Case Study: Gi Group enhances candidate experience with Eggup's soft skills assessment

Gi Group, a major player in the international employment market, partnered with Eggup in March 2021 to strengthen its Candidate Experience process around the concept of “Caring.” The company wanted to better leverage the expertise of its HR specialists and offer candidates a more supportive journey, helping them identify opportunities better aligned with their attitudes through soft skills assessment and development guidance.

Eggup created a customized soft skills assessment combined with a free micro-learning path for candidates, along with smart coach recommendations for personal growth. The initiative led to 2,000 assessments being sent out and about 1,300 immediate smart coach activations, while also encouraging many candidates to book interviews with Gi Group recruiters. According to Gi Group, the project was seen as interesting, stimulating, constructive, and original, and it supported the company’s employer branding efforts.
