The company’s challenge was to gain real-time, granular insights to enforce travel policy, reduce spend, and improve the traveler experience across a global program.
Egencia delivered a reporting suite, Traveler Dashboard, power tools and the TripNavigator mobile app plus Meeting & Event services to provide real‑time, visually enhanced data and agent-assisted booking. This enabled proactive policy monitoring, quick executive reporting and ongoing program tuning — producing 8% travel savings in 2013, a further 11% in 2014, and about 10% strategic meeting savings within months.
