Avmor, founded in 1948 and headquartered in Laval, Quebec, is Canada’s leading provider of professional cleaning solutions with more than 100 employees nationwide. The company needed a way to better manage and track travel spend, let employees self-book easily, automate reporting, and improve duty of care for traveling staff.

In September 2016 Avmor launched a managed travel program with Egencia, supported by implementation training and ongoing account management; traveler adoption hit 93% in the first month. The centralized booking app and dashboard created formal travel policy enforcement, eliminated routine approvals for in-policy trips, cut monthly reconciliation from hours to five minutes, improved traveler safety visibility, and produced actionable spend data that enabled cost savings and better hotel negotiations.
