Supermac’s, Ireland’s largest fast‑food group with over 100 stores, €150M+ turnover and 2,700+ employees, needed to replace a bulky operations manual with scalable online training to meet legal compliance, ensure consistent standards across company and franchise sites, and free up IT/maintenance teams by training staff to handle minor issues. To achieve this, their instructional designer chose the eFront LMS for a dependable platform that would run in the background while she focused on course creation.
eFront implemented an LMS with automated notifications and a “branches” feature that lets Supermac’s deliver the same courses to different stores while keeping test scores and data separate, cutting manual administrative work and improving consistency. Several stores are already using eFront, managers are being onboarded, and Supermac’s is rolling the solution out gradually—resulting in faster course deployment, better compliance tracking, and reduced manual effort thanks to eFront’s automation.
