Mobile Money, founded in 1998 as the UK’s first cash log book loans company with 33 branches and over 70 staff, needed a way to deliver consistent, cost-effective training across geographically dispersed teams. After evaluating options, Mobile Money selected the eFront eLearning solution (LMS) to replace much of their expensive face-to-face training and to centralize course delivery, assessments and record-keeping.
eFront was implemented to create unlimited online courses, interactive assessments with multiple question types, randomized tests and skills-gap analysis, and to keep auditable training records. The eFront LMS gave Mobile Money the tools to test and track staff knowledge, support Consumer Credit compliance by evidencing required training, and position the company for measurable time and cost savings by reducing reliance on in-person sessions.
