Interamerican, a multi-distribution insurance company in Greece, needed a better way to train insurance intermediaries across onboarding, compliance, and sales. Before eFront, recertification alone created over 9,000 paper documents each year, and training varied by branch, making it difficult to track progress and reach remote agents consistently.
With eFront’s LMS, Interamerican launched the Digital Learning Academy to centralize courses, videos, webinars, podcasts, and assessments for 1,500 learners annually. The system standardized onboarding, automated certification matching, and improved reporting, while the L&D team reclaimed more than 40 admin hours each month and eliminated over 9,000 annual recertification documents.
