IHS Markit, a global leader in information and financial services, needed to modernize its security education programme and move away from static PowerPoint training in the HR Centre. The organisation required enhanced reporting, better communication and engagement, and a highly custom LMS with a unique user flow (initial assessment, dynamic content allocation and final assessment) plus bespoke learner and admin dashboards — a combination they struggled to find until working with eFront.

eFront delivered a fully customised portal (with account and technical support from Epignosis) that implemented the tailored user flow, dynamic content allocation, course rating/feedback and custom learner and admin dashboards with risk analytics and business process automation. The solution increased engagement, improved cyber-security awareness and shifted behaviours toward a risk-aware culture; measurable outputs include learner reporting such as total training time (25 hours 33 minutes), a knowledge score of 80% and rapid course completion tracking, demonstrating continuous improvement enabled by eFront.
