Old Mutual Alternative Investment, the largest private alternative investment manager in Africa with $4.1 billion AUM, needed to centralize and control its deal pipeline across four business lines, reduce operational risk and improve scalability so investment teams could spend more time on evaluation and monitoring. eFront implemented the eFront Invest platform across OMAI’s business lines, deploying modules including eFront Investment, eFront Investor, eFront Debt, eFront Settlement, eFront GL, eFront Workflow and eFront Report Designer. The eFront deployment created a centralized system with portfolio performance tools, reduced operational risk, enhanced scalability and one version of the “truth,” enabling teams to focus more on evaluation and supporting OMAI’s rapid growth strategy.
