UST Manufacturing, a leading contract nutraceutical manufacturer, faced slow, paper‑based SOP approvals, time-consuming document retrieval, growing audit and compliance demands, and difficulty sharing large files with customers. To tackle these challenges they implemented eFileCabinet — using features such as SecureDrawer for client sharing, the open API for LIMS/SQL Server integration, eSignatures, and Zonal OCR.
