Eficode worked with World Wildlife Magazine (Finland’s WWF magazine) to gather a user-centric perspective on the publication and identify ways to improve the reader experience. The customer wanted to better understand how its magazine was perceived by target audiences and collect development ideas for future enhancements.
Eficode ran 100% remote focus group interviews using Zoom, combining UX research expertise with careful facilitation to create a comfortable discussion environment. The study helped World Wildlife Magazine test and validate the magazine’s user experience, better understand audience needs, and gather positive feedback on brand communication and image; the research also surfaced inspiring ideas for future improvement, though no hard numerical impact was reported.
