Visma, one of Europe's leading software companies, faced the challenge of scaling AI adoption beyond early adopters across its large organization of 5,000 developers. They needed to continuously advance their GitHub Copilot capabilities and help developers shift from experimenting with AI to adopting new AI-driven workflows. Eficode delivered a large-scale training initiative consisting of 30 advanced workshops and deep-dive webinars focused on practical GitHub Copilot usage and AI workflows. The solution successfully extended advanced AI enablement to all 5,000 developers, leading to broader adoption of AI-assisted development and a strengthened culture of experimentation. While specific quantitative metrics were challenging to capture, the economic rationale for the AI tooling was clear, significantly boosting developer productivity.
