KONE, a global leader in elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors, wanted to improve the customer experience across its digital services while handling time-critical projects that required extra UX/UI support. Eficode partnered with KONE to strengthen its online and mobile experiences, support usability research, and add flexible design resources to KONE’s team.
Eficode worked with KONE on the KONE Online customer portal, the KONE Mobile maintenance tool, and user research for office building lobbies, including interviews, testing, observation, and a survey with 1,500 respondents. The collaboration helped KONE stay focused on user-centric design, improve usability, and continuously develop a more modular, localized digital service portfolio.
