PlusTerveys, one of Finland’s largest private healthcare providers and the country’s biggest dental care company, needed a modern, responsive dental portal that would let patients view appointments, review procedures and dental maps, and understand which teeth still needed care. The company also wanted a smooth booking site and clinician tool that would be easy to use and keep up to date. Eficode supported the development of the PlusPalvelut portal as part of this digital service.

Eficode implemented and continued developing the portal’s clinician tool and booking site, building functionality as microservices and integrating SSO, the patient data system, and a strong authentication provider. The result was a fully functioning, easy-to-use dental portal that gave customers online access to appointments and treatment information, improving the overall digital experience for PlusTerveys.
