ePassi achieves better decision making by automating business processes

ePassi, a Nordic employee benefits payment provider, needed a way to cope with time-consuming manual reporting and data analysis as its business expanded across multiple countries. ePassi turned to Eficode for help exploring robotic process automation (RPA) to improve decision making and streamline repetitive work.

Eficode delivered an RPA Kickstart project that included a workshop, tooling selection, installations, and initial automation work using Robot Framework, with Metabase introduced for reporting and future BI needs. The result was a real-time dashboard replacing manual daily reports, a clear RPA roadmap, and better data-driven decision making, while helping ePassi validate the business case for future automation investment.
