Vestas, the global wind energy leader, needed to scale its critical development and testing infrastructure while keeping a small team focused on operations. As more teams relied on the Turbine Software Tools team’s services, maintaining a stable staging environment and keeping tools up to date became increasingly difficult.

Eficode helped Vestas build cloud native infrastructure on Kubernetes to automate the setup, scaling, backup, restore, and upgrading of key Atlassian and development tools, including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins, and Artifactory. The result was a highly available platform that made upgrades easier and less disruptive, while also upskilling Vestas’ teams so they could manage and extend the environment themselves.
