Nordea needed to strengthen its internal Jira expertise so an employee could become a Jira Administrator and understand the architectural implications of Jira decisions within Nordea’s environment. Eficode supported this need through a tailored “Jira for administrators” training course, designed around the participants’ different roles and interests.
Eficode delivered a personalized course, leveraging its existing contact with Nordea’s Atlassian development team to make agenda planning easier. The training successfully filled the customer’s knowledge gap, supported certification of Jira administration competencies, and helped Nordea move toward assigning the Jira System Administrator role; the participant also praised the experience as a valuable part of their professional development.
