Union Sociale pour l'Habitat (USH), the representative organization for the Hlm movement, needed to improve communication and collaboration across its vast network of nearly 650 member organizations. Their existing database functioned only as a static address book. To address this challenge, USH selected the CRM platform from vendor Efficy to serve as a central hub for member knowledge and interaction.

By implementing Efficy, USH provided 15,000 users with either read-only or read/write access, enabling easier network management and information sharing. The solution simplified the process of updating the sector's Hlm Directory and allowed USH to send roughly 500 targeted email campaigns per year. The results included better collaboration, perfectly managed access rights, and a centralized, reliable overview of their entire ecosystem. Efficy became the single source of truth for the organization, leading to more efficient and streamlined communication.
