Trelleborg, an international company with a mobile sales force, needed to consolidate its global customer and prospect data into a single, multilingual database. Their challenge was to find a CRM solution that could integrate seamlessly with their existing ERP and other business applications. They chose the CRM platform from vendor efficy to meet these technical and functional requirements.

The solution from efficy was implemented in just four months and successfully interfaced with Trelleborg's ERP, messaging, and workflow tools. This provided 150 users across 10 countries with a centralized, multilingual interface, becoming the one-stop shop for all commercial activity. The results included the consolidation of all commercial information, optimized work procedures, and a 360-degree view of customers for the entire sales chain.
