Kramp, Europe’s largest specialist in spare parts and accessories for the agricultural industry, wanted a more flexible and continuous way to measure employee engagement and gather feedback across its 3,500-person workforce. Working with Effectory, the company moved beyond its biannual 69-question survey to build a more embedded people listening strategy that could better support employee retention, engagement, and a stronger feedback culture.

Effectory helped Kramp implement continuous listening through shorter survey cycles, onboarding and exit surveys, and localized pulse surveys managed by local managers. The platform was integrated with Workday, made feedback easier to embed into daily work, and helped Kramp achieve access to online surveys for 85% of employees with around a 70% response rate, while also providing benchmark data and actionable insights for leadership and local teams.
