Icelandair, the airline known for bringing “the spirit of Iceland to the world,” wanted a better way to listen to employees and turn feedback into action across the organization. To support its people strategy and continuous improvement efforts, it partnered with Effectory and adopted its employee listening platform to make surveys faster, more frequent, and more useful.

Using Effectory, Icelandair rolled out companywide surveys, monthly pulse checks, and team-level feedback loops with scientifically validated questions and action planning tools.
