Waterway Plastics, Inc., a leading manufacturer of pool and spa equipment, needed a better way to support collaboration across departments and track warehouse inventory more effectively. After previously working with the company on ERP improvements, **EffectiveSoft** was asked to help solve this logistics challenge with a new inventory management application.

**EffectiveSoft** built desktop and mobile versions of the Inventory Management app from the ground up using .NET, with database connectivity through Entity Framework. The solution guided warehouse staff through receiving, picking, packing, and inventory movement, helping improve product allocation, streamline inventory management, speed up order fulfillment, and eliminate the need for many manual reports.
