Nissin Foods (U.S.A.), Co., Inc., a branch of the global Japanese food company, needed to automate sales planning and improve document management across its operations. The company also required secure access from inside and outside the corporate network plus interoperability with existing third-party business management tools, so it turned to EffectiveSoft for a custom enterprise solution: Web Planner.

EffectiveSoft built Web Planner, a server-based web application for sales forecasting and planning, in about four months. The solution improved performance by introducing an inner data warehouse, supported multiple user roles, historical tracking, Excel import/export, dashboards, and two-way integration with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, helping Nissin Foods analyze sales more efficiently and make better planning decisions.
